Today Cade is one month old! It is unreal how time flies by. We have had a great day today, watching football, hanging out with family, hitting golf balls at the range with Dad's new clubs, it has been a full day! We got some good family photos, had some good food, and just hung out all day.
I also got to open my birthday card from Cade this morning, it was awesome. I am sure he helped a lot in picking it out :)
On another note, Cade is pleased at the play of the Rebels the past 2 games, but he knows they will probably not keep it up.
This is the first week in a while I am not traveling anywhere, I am very excited. I know it is tough on Jess when I am gone, and I hate being away from my little man. It will be nice to be here the entire week, get some quality time with the bear. Speaking of travel, Buffalo last week was stupid cold. Why would anyone choose to live there? It is one of life's great mysteries...freezing cold, dirty, mounds of snow everywhere, all the cars are nasty. And that brings up another point, if you do live there, why on earth would you waste money on a nice car? Crazy.
Cade has enjoyed his first Super Bowl, not like he would if those sweet Saints were playing, but he is still liking it this first half...much more so than Steelers fans I bet.
Cade will be at Gibbons Senior night this week, he is excited. Hopefully, we will have wrapped up the conference by then and be playing for an undefeated regular season. So far, the team is 8-0 since the Cadester was born, he does not take kindly to losing.
Well, that is about it for now, need to get Cade settled and watch the rest of the game upstairs and get ready for bed. Although "bed" really now is just a block of sleep that hopefully last 3 1/2 hours at a time, sometimes 2 and on good nights, even 4 hours. Here's to tonight being more on the 4 hour side!
Love,
Tim, Jess, and Cade
